Following in the footsteps of her grandmother, Caitlin Hartley is a third-generation realtor who has been immersed in the industry since obtaining her first real estate license in Arizona at age 19. Later in her career, she obtained real estate licenses in California and New York, working in both residential development and commercial real estate.

In California, Caitlin worked for Shea Homes, selling 80 homes in one year. Later in New York, she worked on a team at CB Richard Ellis representing 17 class-A office buildings, and subsequently for a well-known commercial and residential developer in New York City.

Through her sales experience working for home builders and managers of multifamily complexes, she gained invaluable experience in every facet of the business: residential, commercial, mortgage, title, and escrow, construction, design, leasing, negotiating, and investing.
